Silvio S. Reyes, Ph.D.

Owner, Vocational Consultant, Vocational Expert and Life Care Planner CRC, LPC, NCC, PVE, CLCP
Silvio S. Reyes is a Vocational Expert and Life Care Planner who received his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University and his Doctorate in Rehabilitation from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he serves as a Vocational Expert with the United States Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations. Dr. Reyes is actively involved in the vocational training, vocational evaluation and job placement of people with disabilities. He is actively involved in Personal Injury to include Slip and Fall, Wrongful Death, Product Liability and Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Long Term Disability (ERISA), Matrimonial/Divorce, Social Security Disability, Veterans Disability, Wrongful Termination, Sexual Harassment, and ADA or discrimination claims. Silvio S. Reyes is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Registered Professional Vocational Evaluator, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Life Care Planner who has provided services since 2000 for people with disabilities. He has provided rehabilitation services to diverse populations for nearly 20 years while credentialed by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification; Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors; Social Workers; Marriage and Family Therapists; National Board for Certified Counselors; International Commission on Healthcare Certification; and the Registry of Professional Vocational Evaluators.

Marquita Gladney, M.Ed.

Office Manager Marquita Gladney serves as MTBM’s office manager. A California native residing in Georgia for more than 17 years, she playfully refers to herself as Poppy Peach, which embraces her natural-born roots in California and transplanted roots in Georgia. Gladney has over 20 years of experience working in various roles with people of diverse cultures and abilities – particularly in educational, customer service and administrative positions. Gladney now uses her knowledge and experience to assist MTBM in its mission to help individuals resume and sustain productive lifestyles. Gladney received her Bachelor of Arts degree in early childhood education from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Education degree from Strayer University in educational leadership – teacher management. She is a certified professional development specialist with the CDA Council and is pursuing a certification as a Bright from the Start approved trainer in Georgia. Gladney’s life perspective is that all things happen for a reason, and there’s a lesson to be learned in every situation. She uses this to guide and motivate as she helps others push through challenges toward their success.

Camille Pierson

Administrative Assistant Camille Pierson is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and has several years of experience working in customer services. Pierson’s career experience includes retail sales and wardrobe consultation, various customer service positions, childcare, and vocational rehabilitation services support. Pierson has been working with MTBM for two years and assists in developing training presentations and working with clients on job search and readiness skills. Pierson has an Associate of Science Degree in medical administrative office from the National College of Business & Technology. She is currently working toward certification in specific vocational rehabilitation services as customized and supportive employment. Pierson is an avid basketball fan and finds joy in shopping, sporting events and outdoor activities. She is a former Girl Scout and now serves as a Girl Scout leader. Pierson is also a mother of two and loves to spend time with them in their various activities.
